Location: Aviano Air Base, ItalyPosition: Part-timeKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive Protestant religious education program in partnership with the Protestant ChaplainRecruit, train, and oversee volunteer teachers and assistantsOrganize and lead Sunday School, youth ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and seasonal programs such as Advent and Easter eventsDevelop and distribute curriculum and learning materials for children, youth, and adultsPlan special events such as retreats, discipleship training, and community outreach initiativesMaintain and update program records, registration lists, and volunteer schedulesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in education, theology, or a related field OR at least five years of experience leading a Protestant religious education programStrong organizational, leadership, and volunteer management skillsAbility to work independently while coordinating with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staffProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative toolsNote: We kindly request that all resumes be submitted in English.
