You will manage the entire proposal lifecycle for complex engineering, procurement, and construction tenders, ensuring compliance with company standards and tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and lead proposal kick-off and storyboarding sessions tailored to EPC Plant projectsFacilitate key review meetings and final document approvals involving multidisciplinary teamsCoordinate proposal governance, document production, and timely delivery for EPC bidsPrepare bid / no-bid analyses and support strategic decisions with senior managementConduct comprehensive risk analyses related to EPC Plant tenders and ensure completeness of all bid documentationCollaborate closely with Engineering, HR, Commercial, and Contract Management teams to estimate project costs and contractual terms for EPC scopesParticipate in internal bid reviews, negotiations, and post-submission follow-ups to optimize success ratesAnalyze bid outcomes to continuously improve proposal effectivenessPrepare job order starting budgets for awarded EPC projects in alignment with company financial modelsQualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Proposal Manager working on EPC Plant projects or similar large-scale industrial projectsExperience in Contract and / or Project Management within EPC environments is a strong advantageStrong commercial orientation, organizational skills, and knowledge of EPC estimation methodsExcellent communication skills, including public speaking and creative writingSolid understanding of economic and financial analysis related to EPC contracts (cash flow, bonds, insurances)Fluent in English; Spanish is a plusWork Location : HQ - ParmaThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198 / 2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
