Trillium Pumps Italy is seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join its Aftermarket Service Center Italy in Massafra.The ideal candidate will work closely with the Engineering & Quality Manager and collaborate with the Technical Engineer and RSM to deliver high-quality proposals.Customer Technical Specification and MR Analysis received from Sales TeamManagement of Customer queries, deviations, and clarificationsCollaboration with Technical Engineers for Buy Out ItemsParticipation in technical alignment meetings / calls and customer site presenceDefinition of cost associated with all offered itemsPricing definition based on Project / Proposal Manager and Sales Team indicationsPreparation of the offer package including relevant attachmentsCoherence checking of supply scope of the PO received from the Customer vs submitted quoteSupport to PE and PM during internal and Customer Kick Off Meeting (KOM)Salesforce and DOA managementThe above activities can be referred to both Budget and Firm Quotations.A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required. The candidate should possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of English language and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. SAP knowledge is a plus.Key Computer Skills include Database, Development, Order Processing, Project Management, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and SAP.Core Competencies include Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, Teamwork, Motivation, and Project Management.
