We take pride in our track record of delivering exceptional work and are committed to continuous improvement.What you will do as a Project Engineer :Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Draft drawings.Conduct cost estimates and technical feasibility checks.Analyze competitor bids.Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.Collaborate with various offices.Interface with customers.Perform general office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.).What Core Competencies You Possess :Evaluate technical and commercial requirements, collaborate across departments, and develop solutions that meet customer needs within time and cost constraints.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Adaptability and flexibility to changing business priorities.Teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve common goals.Who you are and What you Bring to the Table :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or related technical subjects.Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.Knowledge of AutoCAD.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.Good command of the local language and English; knowledge of Spanish is appreciated.Experience in water treatment or plant engineering sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.What we Offer :Competitive compensation package.Eligible for discretionary annual performance bonus.Health benefits including supplementary medical insurance.If you are ready to advance your career and contribute to a dynamic team, apply now!
