Works closely with internal teams (technical, commercial, HR) to assist in drafting and managing bid documentation under the supervision of the Proposal Manager.Duties and responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating bid activities.Support in drafting and reviewing technical and commercial documents.Help gather and analyze data required for cost estimation.Participate in internal meetings (kick-off, reviews, etc.) and manage documentation.Contribute to risk analysis and summary reporting.Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary inputs for proposal preparation.Requirements:Degree in EngineeringFluent in English (French is a plus)Strong document management and attention to detail1–2 years in similar roles is a plus.Basic experience in contract or project management is a plus.Availability for international travel requiredPlace of work: HQ ParmaThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
