Position: Promoter. The role is the entry point into field marketing and sales. It offers the flexibility to balance studies, family time, or personal interests.
You will work as a contract-to-call employee in your city. Working days are assigned monthly and focus on objectives. Every week you will be dedicated to one client—a multinational technology and gaming company in the IT sector. Work is scheduled for three times a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) continuously throughout the year.
What you will do exactly?

Present product and service features to customers, leveraging key selling points and current promotions.
Assist and advise customers throughout the purchase process.
Train sales staff and encourage the use of the client’s digital learning platforms.
Monitor and implement visual merchandising activities, including POP material placement to increase product visibility.
Manage maintenance of the visual areas, ensuring cleanliness and correct product display.
Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports to provide the client with feedback and insights.

You will collaborate closely with store personnel and with the CPM headquarters in Milan.
Requirements

Experience in sales consulting or related roles.
Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts.
