We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world’s leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.ResponsibilitiesQuotation & Pricing: Efficiently handle RFQs and rate requests from customers and overseas offices, including vendor price procurement and quotation delivery.Project Logistics Planning: Support the development of comprehensive transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment availability and optimal scheduling.Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air), monitor cargo movements, and proactively resolve on-ground challenges.Client Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to customers, ensuring consistent communication.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance with all legal and operational standards, and meticulously maintain essential documentation, including shipping documents, reports, and permits.Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure.Safety & Quality Adherence: Uphold the company's Safety, Health, and Quality (SHQ) standards and maintain awareness of the Business Continuity Plan.QualificationsExperience: 1-3 years of experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations.Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics software.HSE Knowledge: Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in logistics.Language: Good spoken and written English.Please note: Project Cargo, Heavylift, Out of Gauge Cargo handling experience is essential to apply for this role.
