It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As Project Surveyor, you will join our Department TLINSTMET1 conducting the following activities:Work within the Project Team and assist in finding the best technical solutionsDefine the positional, angular and dimensional accuracy required by Engineering and keep Engineering aware of positioning limitationsAssist in tender/contracts evaluation, plan offshore Survey operations, compile Survey related documentation and procedures and manage Survey sub-contractorsDetermine overall Survey and Positioning methodologyCheck and review engineering documentsDetermine offshore survey personnel manning requirementsDefine offshore Survey and Positioning requirements in terms of equipmentPrepare Survey and Positioning project proceduresWork with ROV to ensure suitable equipment and task selectionPrepare scopes of Work for sub-contracted worksPrepare Survey and Positioning associated costs and budgetsRaise requisitions for Procurement to rent survey equipmentAct as point-of-contact for the Client for all Survey and Positioning related mattersAct as point-of-contact for all offshore survey personnelAdminister survey related proposal and project data including correspondenceMonitor progress and status of offshore survey activitiesTake action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to Survey and Positioning issuesProvide Quality Control and approve sub-contractor operations and reportsEnsure correct deliverables and data formats are provided to ClientSupervise office-based personnel during onshore reporting and chartingReview and QC as-built data, check final reports and complete review cycleMaintain record of survey and positioning-associated costs and budgetsProvide input for the Commercial Department during tendering phaseReview tender budgets before operation startSupport the preparation of Survey and Positioning service Frame AgreementsSupport the Company in the preparation/review of quality documentsMaintain a watching brief on new survey technology that may enhance survey operationsConduct all activities following Company Procedures and Work InstructionsAdhere to Company safety, health and environmental procedures and policiesQUALIFICATION: Engineering or Geology DegreeSoft SkillsAnalysisProblem SolvingPlanning & ControlResults OrientationFlexibility / Lateral ThinkingLong-term VisionInitiativeDecision MakingCommunication SkillsNegotiating SkillsTeamworkNetworkingTeam LeadershipKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 years +LOCATION: Fano (PU), Italy – Availability to work abroad if requested
