Responsibilities
Responsible for management of Cost Control, Planning & Progress and Document Control
Accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project Procedures
Data and technical documentation monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the Projects
To ensure that all technical documentation produced for the Project is in accordance with the Project requirements
To provide for archiving of all final documentation at the end of the activity.
Quality and consistency of project package definition
Engineering activities completion according to plan
Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms, local rules, COMPANY standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency
Management of Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions
Coordinating with project scheduling and analysis engineer in order to match project times and costs
Ensure development and implementation of project procedures for Cost, Schedule and Documentation functions
Project accounting data feeding into enterprise systems.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
Work experience of 15+ years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects
Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
