We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler Lead to support our Construction team in managing large-scale renewable power projects.You will oversee project scheduling and risk management from development through operation, working closely with project and country managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and analyze project schedules, critical paths, and resource plans, deviations and improvements in any project scheduleProvide schedule-based recommendations for resource allocation and risk mitigationStandardize scheduling processes across technologies (Onshore Wind, BESS, PV)Support bid preparation and ensure alignment of timelines during proposalsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and investorsLead scheduling for large renewable projects and coordinate with stakeholdersDrive improvements in scheduling tools, reporting, and best practicesEnsure compliance with OX2 standards and local regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Project Management (electrical preferred)Minimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling for large power projects, preferably renewableProficient in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholder management experienceKnowledge of legal contracts, risk evaluation, and corporate structuresAbility to work independently and cross-culturally in an international settingFluent in English; other languages are a plusValid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30% in EuropeAbout OX2OX2 develops, constructs, sells, owns, and operates renewable energy solutions at scale.
