In this moment, we are looking for 1Responsibilities Formulate and implement work plans and business strategies based on regional and specific business goals. Analyze industry development trends, gain insights into integrators, and identify valuable business opportunities to refine business models and market strategies. Maintain strong relationships with integrators, key industry projects, and customers, ensuring cooperation with relevant teams to achieve key business goals. Develop clear regional strategies for integrators and industry development, continuously gaining insights into specific business needs. Lead the development and implementation of projects and special business initiatives. Oversee the early stages of project development, including procurement, project design, quotations, and customized product development Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and successful delivery. Regularly report on project progress, market trends, and business accomplishments to senior management. Requirements 8-10 years of relevant experience in Security Video Surveillance (mandatory). 5+ years of experience in project design, installation, and startup. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design. Italian native speaker, fluent in English. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key staff. Valid driver’s license.
