Project Quality Manager (Turbomachinery & Process Solutions)
Join Baker Hughes as a Project Quality Manager (Turbomachinery & Process Solutions) and lead the quality requirements for innovative energy products across 120 countries.
Responsibilities

Create quality plans using the standard template and incorporate customer quality, technical regulation and product certification requirements.
Own the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution, establish adequate quality surveillance and risk mitigation plans.
Manage the non-conformance and concessions approval process to maintain compliance with contractual requirements.
Communicate with internal and external customers to share project-related information and build effective relationships.
Prepare and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers.
Monitor the punch list during the scope of supply execution to achieve zero punch list at shipment.
Drive on-time delivery of quality documents and certification books to customers.
Feed continuous learning and nurture the Lesson Learned process and its application.

Qualifications

Hold an appropriate level of qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management (a Master’s degree is recommended).
Show solid experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes and their application.
Be willing to travel to manufacturing locations and be flexible to customer demands (available to travel on short notice).
Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Possess analytical and reporting skills and an understanding and experience of problem-solving methodology and continuous improvement.
Be fluent in English and Italian.
Have Quality auditor training & qualification (desired).
Exploit previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry (desired).
