Social network you want to login/join with:The Project Post Order Coordinator manages and monitors all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project(s), to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality, and budget. He/She directly reports to the Post Order Management responsible and to the Project Procurement Manager once assigned to a project.Key Activities and Responsibilities :Responsible for the integrated management of Post Order-related activities (i.e., expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project(s), ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs, and quality, following instructions from the Project Procurement Manager/Director;Responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager;The POC is also involved in Pre-Order activities, providing knowledge of contractual requirements and participating in final negotiations with suppliers for discussions/clarifications on the ITP standard and Vendor Document List;Main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for follow-up on supplies and with the Logistics Department for material shipment at the site;Submit and discuss with the final client the outcomes of expediting and inspection reports issued for the supplies.Personal Attributes :Work experience: at least 5 years gained in engineering companies in a similar role;Fluency in English;Availability to travel for short and long periods.
