It specializes in producing innovative and turnkey plants, including hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.We are seeking to hire for the position of Project Manager Sales SIE HANDELN.Represent SMS group towards customers and manage internal project relationships;Conduct regular project discussions and negotiations with customers and consortium members, documenting outcomes;Lead core team meetings and document results;Act as the overall sales project leader, functioning as an "entrepreneur inside the company";Understand project goals, requirements, and bid budget;Define project strategy in collaboration with the Core Sales Team and Project Owner Sales;Manage the Core Sales Team;Authorize project budget allocations up to the next stage;Implement target costing as needed based on project financials;Hold negotiation authority as the official contact for technical and commercial matters with customers and partners, collaborating with the Commercial and Technical Managers until contract signing;Convene project meetings, including risk assessments, involving the core team or contract partners;Adhere to travel policies and obtain necessary approvals;Request and review all project-related data and information;Possess written power of attorney for contract negotiations, with legal signing authority delegated to a company representative.QualificationsGraduate or Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;Minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical sales within complex plant manufacturing companies;Proven ability to analyze customer requests and prepare technical proposals;Strong commercial skills to identify competitive solutions and manufacturing strategies;Good knowledge of mechanical technical drawings; basic understanding of media systems, electrical, and automation packages;Coordination skills to manage proposal teams;Willingness to travel worldwide as required;Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus;Proficiency in MS Office, including Project; basic knowledge of SAP;Experience with drawing tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, etc.) is a plus but not required.We look forward to receiving your application via email toJ-18808-Ljbffr
