It specializes in producing innovative and turn-key plants such as hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.We are looking for aProject Manager Sales SIE HANDELNRepresenting SMS group towards the customer and managing internal project relationships;Conducting regular project discussions and negotiations with customers and consortium members, documenting outcomes;Leading core team meetings and recording results;Acting as the overall sales project leader with entrepreneurial responsibility;Understanding project goals, requirements, and Bid Budget;Defining project strategy in collaboration with the Core Sales Team and Project Owner Sales;Managing the Core Sales Team;Allocating the project budget (Bid Budget) for upcoming stages;Implementing target costing based on project financials;Negotiation authority as the main contact with customers and partners, including technical and commercial negotiations, in coordination with the Commercial and Technical Managers;Leading project meetings involving the Core Sales Team or contract partners, including risk assessments;Travel within company travel guidelines;Requesting and managing project-related data and information;Possessing written power of attorney for contract negotiations, legally binding when signing on behalf of the company.SIE WISSENGraduate or Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering or similar;At least 3-4 years of experience in Technical Sales within complex plant manufacturing;Experience in analyzing customer requests and preparing technical offers;Commercial skills to identify competitive solutions and manufacturing strategies;Proficiency in Mechanical Technical drawings; basic knowledge of Media systems, Electric, and Automation packages;Strong coordination skills for managing proposal teams;Willingness to travel globally;Fluent in English; German is a plus;Proficient in Office Suite (including Project) and basic SAP knowledge;Drawing tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo) are advantageous but not required.We look forward to receiving your application via email toJ-18808-Ljbffr
