Your role
We are looking for a Project Manager Offices & Showrooms EMEA to manage tasks related to Construction Investments for offices and showrooms across the EMEA region.
The Project Manager will coordinate and supervise activities among various departments involved in the project. While each department focuses on its specific function, the Project Manager is responsible for consolidating information and overseeing project phases from design to realization and commissioning.
Main responsibilities
Manage project and construction engineering for EssilorLuxottica Offices & Showrooms within EMEA, supporting divisions such as Essilor, Luxottica, and Grandvision.
Coordinate with stakeholders including Region Managers, Country Managers, Human Resources, Real Estate, Local Project Managers, and Local Architects.
Oversee construction engineering design for new and remodeling projects with local consultants.
Assist in selecting local consultants and permit expeditors from the corporate vendor list.
Support in preparing reports, specifications, and technical analyses to define design requirements, equipment, and services.
Provide technical guidance on engineering design, building layouts, schedules, and materials.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create schedules and resource plans.
Support project budget management, resource allocation, and coordinate teams including designers, R&D managers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Tender and Procurement teams for supplier selection.
Lead quality assurance efforts.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones and issues.
Share progress reports, problems, and solutions with stakeholders.
Manage process changes to meet updated project outputs.
Main requirements
Ensure delivery of planned store rollouts to respective markets.
Manage relations with markets and stakeholders regarding timing, budget, and construction status.
Maintain effective communication of construction constraints and achievements.
Ensure quality of store execution and snag completion post-opening.
Demonstrate strong commitment, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills.
Work well within teams and organize construction site activities effectively.
Possess problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Hold a degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
Knowledge of additional languages, especially French, is highly appreciated.
