OverviewProject Manager (m/f/d) for Public Transport Systems – Rome. Permanent position with IVU Traffic Technologies Italia. We are looking for a Project Manager to better support the increased number of customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for software, optimization, and technology applied to transportation and excellent project management skills. This includes understanding customer needs, defining project goals, and translating this information into technical specifications.Project Management: Management and coordination of IT projects in the transportation sector.Customer Care: Understand customer’s problems and manage relationships with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any problems in a timely and professional manner.Teamwork: Collaboration with various teams to ensure the achievement of project objectives and provide regular and detailed updates to your manager on the progress of assigned tasks, proactively highlighting any critical issues.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in engineering or a similar field.Experience in a public transport company or in a consulting firm, preferably in IT, mobility, or transportation sector.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to solve complex problems and think critically.Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients.Very good knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Willingness to travel.Optional RequirementsLanguage skills: Greek, German, Spanish or French as additional languages are considered a real plus.Previous experience in programming and/or managing fleets or personnel will be considered an added value.Work LocationRome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in managing assigned tasks is achieved.What We OfferA competitive salary, bonus and benefits, commensurate with the real experiences of the candidate.A friendly and informal workplace.Possibility to work from home.The opportunity for quick career growth based on the results achieved by the candidate.How to ApplyInterested?
