About the Role
As a Project Manager you will coordinate evolution projects for processes and tools that support the company’s business, applying and using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Apply Agile and Scrum practices across the project lifecycle.
Interact with senior business lines and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver business value.
Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and risks.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in consulting firms or dynamic, international companies.
Good knowledge of the Insurance sector.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent relational and team‑management skills, with the ability to engage senior lines.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation capabilities.
Proficiency in English.
Additional strengths: time‑management, adaptability, stress management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
