We strive for efficient and effective operations and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.Here you will find more than just a job you will find purpose and pride.Hello!ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOULL BE DOING :Provide hands-on project management services to deliver digital projects within the healthcare environment.Develop manage and communicate detailed project plans and associated artifacts (e.g RISK logs) to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.Manage day-to-day project management activities such as planning scoping scheduling issue & risk tracking and vendor management.Communicate regularly with all stakeholder groups about progress toward goal achievement critical factors and obstacles.Preparing presentations and status reports for delivery to Baxter operational commercial and financial stakeholders.Collaborate with the wider teams to prioritise projects and ensure resource is allocated fairly based on prioritisation.Engage internal stakeholder groups such as Sales Finance and R&D to ensure the timely resolution of issues.Ensure that most projects are completed within budget and within agrees timescales and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and agreement when there is the potential of targets changing.Proactively highlight project risks when they occur and work with all project stakeholders to overcome minimise or mitigate them.Follow existing project management standards and processesWork closely with the Digital Services Delivery Manager to refine and expand project management processes as requiredWhat YOULL BRINGExcellent personnel and project management skillsDemonstratable experience of stakeholder management ideally within a healthcare environment.Able to Multi-task across a portfolio of projects and tasks.Able to work under tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be an effective problem solverSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervisionProcess orientated with a desire to get things right first timeExperience of working on IT / Digital / Software projects.Experience of working in a Healthcare setting would be beneficial.A Bachelors degree in a relevant subject such as Business Studies computing IT / information systems or a healthcare related science or equivalent industry experience.At least 5 years experience in the project management of complex software implementation and deployment projectsEqual Employment OpportunityBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
