We operate out of seven manufacturing facilities located in Stow and Akron, Ohio; Parma, Italy; Quimper, France; Clearwater, Florida; Waterloo and Oakville, Ontario Canada; with additional engineering, sales and service centers in Los Angeles, the U.K., Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, China, and Australia.PSA Italy Srl, a subsidiary of PneumaticScaleAngelus, began operations in 2014 and is on a high growth trajectory as it leads the introduction of a new generation of seaming machines to the global packaging market.ResponsibilitiesTo prepare check list and template drawings / P&ID to make collection of information easier at the time of order.Create and maintain ODS (Order Data Sheet).Call for kick-off meeting to be held as soon as possible after the ODS is created.To prepare the Order Acknowledgement (OA) to be sent to Customer within one week of the kickoff meeting.To communicate with Sales Rep / Customer requests for all open items on the order and specific due dates when these information need to be received before affecting FAT or shipment’s dates (samples, layout, power, etc.). The OA should also include the CO number(s) along with a brief project schedule with milestones. Include the initial revision of the ODS with the OA.Create initial COW / EWS (Customer Order Worksheet & Engineering Worksheets) for the machine based on ODS and EWS templates. Notify Engineering when this is set up.Follow-up is required to obtain samples for Engineering (12 of each can / end) and larger amounts of cans / ends for FAT (300 to 500 of each can and 600 to 1200 of each end). Record receipt of all samples and work with warehouse to store on mezzanine in sample storage area.Obtain Filler 3D Drawing for Engineering to complete Transfer Diagram and Floor Plan. Obtain electrical specifications for Electrical Engineering.Provide weekly summary updates to OEMs for all projects.Hold specific project update meetings as required.Attend weekly Production and Shipping Schedule Meetings. Keep Shipping Schedule up to date.Monitor engineering released and procurement / assembly progress.
