Position: Project Manager (Hull Works & Piping)
Location: Genoa, Italy (with frequent travel across Europe & worldwide)
Start Date: As soon as available
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of international hull (steel) and piping projects
Coordinate teams, materials, and subcontractors on site
Ensure quality, timelines, budget control, and compliance with safety standards
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Travel across Europe and worldwide for project supervision
Perform project calculations, planning, and resource management

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management (hull/steel works; piping experience is a plus)
Solid understanding of shipyard processes and marine construction
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Availability for frequent travel
