They invest heavily in new technologies and operate a culture built on resilience, excellence and continuous improvement.The RoleYou will own full lifecycle delivery for renewable energy projects across Italy, coordinating engineering, construction, procurement and site activities to ensure safe, timely and on budget execution. This role sits in a growing Italian team with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and major strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from early stage through commissioning and handoverConduct site surveys, supply chain assessments and cost reviewsCoordinate closely with engineering for design validationSupport preparation of project budgets and commercial plansBuild detailed programmes of work and track progressPrepare contracts for suppliers, OEMs and subcontractorsMonitor on site execution to ensure QHSE complianceHandover projects to internal O& M teamsCandidate ProfileDegree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineeringEPC experience in renewable energyStrong project controls, budgeting and contractor management capabilitiesPMP or MBA beneficialExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent Italian and EnglishBenefitsCompetitive package, strong internal training investment, and a collaborative, international environment.
