Construction Project Manager – Solar & BESS – Italy – Excellent Salary + Bonus + Career Growth
The Company:
A well-established international renewable energy Independent Power Producer (IPP), with an active portfolio of over 1.5 GW of solar and BESS projects under development across Europe, is expanding its construction activities in Italy.
The Role:
The Construction Project Manager will take ownership of the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the company’s high technical and quality standards. This role will play a key part in translating the company’s development success into operational assets in one of its fastest-growing markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the construction phase of solar and BESS projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control processes.
Ensure compliance with all HSE, environmental, and technical requirements on site.
Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, grid operators, and external stakeholders.

The Profile:

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years’ experience managing the construction of utility-scale renewable projects (solar and/or BESS).
Proven experience working with EPC contractors and delivering projects to grid connection.
Strong understanding of Italian construction and permitting processes.
Fluency in Italian and English.
