Job Title: Project Manager –
Location: [Italian Office / Flexible within EMEA] Department: EMEA Professional Services Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–5 years) Reports to: Head of Project Management
Role Overview
As a Project Manager within the EMEA region, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software integration and professional services projects for key clients, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project scope and risks, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end delivery of SW and Professional Services projects (e.g., Android app deployment, TMS configuration, certifications, and custom developments).
Lead project planning, resource coordination, risk and issue management.
Monitor progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and report status to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with software development teams, QA, security/compliance, and hardware teams when applicable.
Coordinate customer deliverables, including documentation, testing, certification, and training.
Serve as the main contact for clients during project execution.
Ensure compliance with PCI and Ingenico internal processes and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement of delivery practices and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in software or IT/telecom sectors.
Proven experience managing software integration or service delivery projects in a customer‑facing role.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across countries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) – mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Background in payments, fintech, or POS technology.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, international environment.
