Junior Project Manager – Defense & Aerospace

Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Defense & Aerospace division.
The candidate will support senior project managers in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of complex engineering projects related to propulsion systems, mechanical validation, and test benches, for both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day project coordination and progress tracking;
Manage project documentation, schedules, cost control, and deliverables;
Interface with engineering, testing, and quality assurance teams;
Prepare progress reports and client updates;
Support technical procurement and supplier management activities;
Ensure compliance with Defense & Aerospace standards and safety procedures;
Participate in project meetings and technical reviews with international partners.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering (or related field);
Good understanding of project management principles (Gantt, KPI, WBS, risk assessment);
Basic knowledge of propulsion systems, mechanical testing, or structural design;
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.);
Fluent in English (B2 level or above);
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and goal orientation;
Team-oriented mindset and strong interest in Defense & Aerospace technologies.
