Overview
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: NAS Sigonella
Scope: Acts as the single point of contact for the Government with full contract authority.
Duties
Directs and coordinates all BOS functions to meet performance objectives.
Oversees daily execution across all annexes ensuring resources are allocated and performance remains on schedule.
Maintains direct communication with the KO/COR for contract matters.
Manages staffing, training, and work assignment of all contractor personnel.
Ensures prompt resolution of government concerns and trouble calls.
Oversees subcontractor performance and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Implements management systems for scheduling, reporting, and cost control.
Develops corrective action plans when performance deficiencies are identified.
Provides continuity during phase-in, mobilization, and contingency operations.
Mandatory Experience & Certifications
At least five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Preferred / Desirable Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional).
Equivalent program management certification.
