Join to apply for the Project Manager role at CBRE .About The RoleAs a CBRE Turner and Townsend Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.Location : Cusano Milanino, Lombardia, ItalyThis role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion.What You’ll DoManage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Work directly with clients on scope, resources, cost estimates, schedules, quality, and risk management.Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation.Guide the project delivery team to meet objectives.Create and track action plans, budgets, and schedules; report on project status.Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.Apply standard principles and innovative solutions to complex assignments.Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.Impact customer, operational, and project activities within and outside the team.Work within broad guidelines and policies.Explain complex or sensitive information clearly.What You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years relevant experience; equivalency considered.
