Our company works with its customers to restore and conserve the planet's fundamental elements that are water, air and soil.What you will be doingCoordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersDevelop a detailed project management planDevelop and manage the project schedule, with the assistance of a plannerDevelop and manage the project budget, in accordance with the company proceduresEnsure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssure the reporting documents set in the company proceduresManage all financial aspects of the projects, including the invoicing to the clientIdentify and manage risks and opportunitiesReporting & analysisProject Management Plan.Monthly progress report.Monthly review of project schedule.Budget monthly follow-up and quarterly update.OtherGuarantee the implementation of the company H&S policy.Who we are looking forGeneral requirement: Project manager with at least 7 / 8 years of experience in managing EPC contracts for Italian Public Works and / or M&E works for water, energy or O&G top tier international EPC Contractors.Education Requirements: Engineering degree. PMP certification is considered as an advantage.Languages required: Italian native / bilingual, English fluent, French is considered as an advantage.Required Skills: Ability to coordinate people and activities in compliance with the project schedule and budget; Strong contractual understanding, both for Italian Public Works Contract and International standard forms; Proven technical background in the water, energy, O&G or similar sector; Ability to identify risks and opportunities and relevant action plans; Understanding of the project financial and planning tools and KPIs.Required behavior Skills: Understanding of Client’s needs; Balanced person, even in tough moments; Able always to have a global view and focus on the overall target, results oriented; Excellent communicator and team mentor; Solid negotiation skills; Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsSUEZ is an equal opportunity employer.
