HiRevo Engineering, a division of Gi Group, Italy's leading multinational employment agency, specializing in enhancing candidates' experiences, skills, and potential in areas such as Design, Logistics and Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, Quality - Safety and Environment, and Project Management, is seeking a Project Manager in the Furniture Sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complete projects within the Contract sector, from planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and company quality standards.Main Responsibilities:Managing and coordinating all project phases: requirements analysis, planning, execution, and delivery;Collaborating with architects, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success;Monitoring and respecting timelines and budgets, identifying and managing risks or issues;Supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations;Managing project documentation and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders;Overseeing procurement activities.Qualifications:Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related fields;At least three years of experience in project management within the Contract sector (furniture, interior design, construction, etc.);Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a predisposition for teamwork;Good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus);Willingness to undertake national and international relocations if necessary.Additional Details:Contract: Permanent, with a gross annual salary starting from €40,000;Work location: Lecce;Dynamic and stimulating environment within a growing company;Opportunity to work on prestigious national and international projects for major brands.Gi Group is part of Gi Group S.p.A., Italy's leading multinational employment agency and a global leader in employment services, active in over 50 countries with a team of more than 4,500 employees.Our Values: Attention, passion, continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, sustainability, responsibility.Website: http://www.gigroup.itGi Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labour (Aut.
