Prepare business cases for assigned projects and present them to the Site Capital Board.Drive the Project Execution Plan, documenting project delivery strategies and success criteria per PM Standards. Establish and proactively manage a Quality Plan.Prepare monthly progress reports, keeping the Steering Group and Sponsors informed of critical issues. Formulate and deploy risk management plans to handle project risks.Develop contract strategies, select and manage contractors, and settle claims per company policy. Implement strict project and financial controls, including change management, cost control, progress measurement, and invoice review.Ensure commissioning, validation, and handover strategies comply with PM Standards for timely and complete customer handovers.Leadership:Lead and motivate empowered teams where decisions are taken at the lowest practical level to achieve individual and company objectives.
