The successful candidate will handle a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. This position is based in Pistoia, Italy.AccountabilitiesDeliver the project by meeting contractual requirements, staying within budget, ensuring quality, and timely completion to ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for project profit and loss.Identify and manage project risks, updating risk assessments periodically with support from the Risk Manager, and proposing contingency strategies to top management.Evaluate and allocate project risk contingencies in coordination with team members, with utilization authorized by the Project Controller.Manage the relationship with the customer, serving as the primary interface for all project-related matters. Coordinate all direct contacts between project team members and the customer.Approve the master schedule and second-level schedules prepared by the Project Planner.Authorize changes impacting costs, schedule, or contractual obligations.Manage customer variation requests from proposal to negotiation.Approve sub-contracts and Letters of Intent for key suppliers and legal entities, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules.Oversee the preparation of project progress reports and meetings, including financial updates from the Project Controller.Manage project communications and invoicing plans.Ensure timely delivery of products to the customer.Lead and motivate the project team.Job RequirementsSkills and Knowledge3-5 years of experience in project management within a medium/complex multinational organization.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to develop constructive relationships with stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Project Management Professional (PMP or IPMA) certification is a plus.Education and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.LanguagesEnglish at C1 level or higher.We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected for consideration will be contacted.
