Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of new Line Conversion and Packaging Projects, from order intake to project closure, including on-site activities. Ensure that deliverables are achieved within expected costs and meet stakeholders' satisfaction.Your MissionAccountable for S-Q-C-D project deliverables for assigned new equipment projects :S) H&SE - Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Implement H&SE plan before project start.Q) Quality - Deliverables meet defined specifications on first attempt. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined.C) Cost - Complete project deliverables, including on-site activities, within the baselined cost.D) Delivery - Complete deliverables within the scheduled timelines.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate values, governance, and processes.Conduct risk assessments and develop response plans for critical projects. Lead risk management efforts.Manage, support, and coach the assigned team, fostering competence development and utilization. Remove team roadblocks.Support scope change management without impacting baselined objectives and benefits. Resolve conflicts as needed.Product SupportMonitor and ensure all project systems (SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact center, PM tools) are regularly updated.Your ProfileEducation and Languages :Master's Degree or equivalentPMI Certification is a plusFluent in English; knowledge of German is a plusExperience and Skills :At least 5 years of proven project management experience in capital projectsExperience in the beverage industry is advantageousKnowledge of ERP systems and structured work organizationUnderstanding of installation and commissioning challengesJ-18808-Ljbffr
