About this vacancy

Analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP) and provide feedback to the design team.
Evaluate times and methods, defining work cycles and production processes.
Develop and maintain production documentation, including part lists, work cycles, drawings, and production specifications.
Manage non-conformity analysis and implement corrective actions.
Provide support to production departments and promote lean manufacturing methodologies (5S).
Use problem-solving tools (RCA, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why, 5W+1H, Pareto chart) and quality methodologies.
Draft technical documentation such as method sheets, operational instructions, and technical reports.

What we expect from you

Degree in Electronic, Industrial, and Management Engineering.
Previous experience in the configuration of avionics equipment and test benches.
Knowledge of production processes, workflows, and special processes.
Experience with problem-solving tools and quality methodologies.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S) and process control tools.
Native Italian speaker and good knowledge of English.
