Project Manager – Software at TMC

Your Role and Responsibilities

Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules
Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitor progress, as well as draft reports
Guide the functional and technical teams while maintaining the solution vision and design principles
Manage all client communications and relationships with various teams across different levels
Collaborate with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases
Provide guidance on the roadmap and enhancement selection
Monitor and guide the development team
Prepare all necessary documents for the follow-up of project activities (reports, invoicing, planning, and information management, etc.)
Conclude the project, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage modifications for projects under execution

What We Expect From You

You have an M.Sc. in Engineering fields or Computer Sciences and 3‑6 years of experience as a Project Manager
Practical experience with project management software
Strong knowledge in at least two of the following domains: data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, software, DevOps
Certification in either waterfall or agile methodologies is a plus
Very good interpersonal and communication skills (extensive collaboration with partners and client‑company back offices)
Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
