Overview
Project Manager – Aerospace Sector (relocation Madrid) role at TMC. We are looking for a PM for an aerospace project who is available to relocate to Spain (Madrid).
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the development of electronic bench projects
Manage work progress, monitoring timelines, costs, and budget
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders between Italy and Spain
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
Support risk management activities and continuous improvement efforts

What We Expect From You

Degree in Electronic/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the aerospace/defense or industrial sector
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of technical English
B1/B2 Spanish (mandatory requirement)
