It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As Project Engineer, you will join our Department of Project Management, in the business line Energy Carriers, conducting the following activities :Coordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PMAssists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plansAssists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare / update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP)Coordinates specific activities (internal or external to the project), related but not limited to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, at home office or at sitePrepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External InterfacesPrepares the Project Risk Management Plan, manages the risk assessment and risk response activities issuing and quarterly updating the Project Risk RegisterPrepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site from the notification of Vendor intervention until the completion of the Vendor services, monitoring costs, reviewing the schedule of the interventions, reporting periodically on the status and criticalities of the activitiesPrepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor. Prepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Client and – during the guarantee period - manages the process of notification, reparation and closure of any issues on guarantees raised by ClientPrepares the Project Back Charge Procedure and supports the management of the back charges work processAssists in managing change orders and claims, and supports dispute resolution activitiesSupports the continuous monitoring of specific critical supplies contributing to the achievement of expected milestones and the resolution of technical and contractual issuesQUALIFICATION :Degree in Engineering ScienceProfessional qualification / Chartership is a plus, such as PMP, CIOB etc. certification.KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE : B2 / C1YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :2-4 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects;Experience in large scale projects; Experience with Majors Clients; Exposure to different roles within the oil and gas / new energies / floaters projects in fields as design management, planning, contract management, and / or cost management;Record of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred; Demonstrable experience in project management activities, tools and techniquesIT SKILLS : Knowledge of the Office365 package;SOFT SKILLS : Excellent communication and team-working skills;Proven background of resourcefulness under pressure.LOCATION : Milan HO Strong foreign availability for short and long-term assignmentsAll interested candidates (L.903 / 03) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
