Apply today!ResponsibilitiesManaging Project Engineering activities by delivering Engineering Work Package in compliance with the Engineering QCD commitmentOwns the Configuration and Design Change Management of the ProjectManages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex to relevant Services PlatformRepresenting Engineering among project core team and manages interfaces with PrXMs and equipment Design AuthoritiesDefining and assure application of the Engineering Management PlanManaging functionally the project engineering core team (Metièrs, RAMS,…) and their commitment for the projectProposes actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCCSupports cost reduction actionsDetects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve reliability and serviceability, reducing project costs and improving system performanceEnsures the update of the technical documentation of the projectsSupports the Product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated in a timely mannerResponsible for maintenance development in accordance with European regulations for entity in charge of maintenance (ECM)Manages Obsolescence PlanCaptures and ensures ownership of regulations and standards to be appliedInterfaces with the stakeholders in the Certification processesDevelops the work instructions and processes from the maintenance plan and maintenance manualsAnalyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve themManages the technical documentation within the system and any required interfaceDevelops standardized tools/processes improving efficiency in maintenance activitiesEnsures efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules: materials identification, codification process, interfaces with Alstom systems, quality and normative requirementsElaborates project monthly maintenance report (contractual reliability and availability targets)Set-up and follows standardized and continuous fleet reliability improvement plans, proactively surveying fleet KPI and promoting improvement actionsManagement of risks and savings related to the LCCSearches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support)Promotes the use of latest maintenance techniques and R&D developmentsAnalyzes failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other methodologies to define and optimize maintenance requirements, tasks and intervalsMain requirementsGeneral technical competencies and knowledge of rolling stock equipmentMore than 3 years of experience in railway engineeringWorking knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessmentLeadership, teamwork, problem solving, goal orientation, good communication skills; ability to work independently; capacity of managing technical risksFluent EnglishEqual opportunityAlstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential.
