Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com.Job DescriptionYour responsibilitiesResponsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directivesManages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.Oversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline EngineeringPreparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculationsResponsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standardsQualificationsYour experiencesEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
