Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.ResponsibilitiesDevelops project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational constraintsAssists the business in identifying and defining the project requirements and necessary changesIdentifies and mitigates technical risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsMonitors project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, including reporting on KPIs and milestonesProvides project management leadership, technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities in support of the project and complex business problems within multiple engineering disciplinesDevelops innovative engineering solutions, which enhance physical plant infrastructures and permit/accommodate growth in manufacturing capabilitiesCoordinates cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are metQualificationsMaster’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineeringPrevious related experience in managing projects in an international manufacturing environment is preferredExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantageExcellent knowledge of English and ItalianThank you for your interest and application to Vantive.
