About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing projects related to production lines, with particular attention to meeting safety, quality, productivity and performance requirements. This role requires strong organisational abilities to coordinate technical field activities, share solutions with Operations, HES and Quality teams to achieve corporate goals in environmental compliance and process optimisation.
Your Responsibilities
Define the technical specifications of plant equipment with suppliers, coordinating supplier activities for projects aimed at renewing production lines and product formulation facilities.
Coordinate and supervise the installation activities of plant equipment on site: prepare technical and safety documentation for construction sites and continuous supervision.
Share detailed information about specific hazards with external suppliers operating in the environment.
Coordinate and supervise the commissioning of new equipment within the scope, verifying compliance with design specifications, including environmental and safety performance, and meeting purchase conditions.
Maintain project timelines and communicate any changes promptly.
Define the project budget and continuously monitor it to avoid deviations.
Optimise and streamline production lines using continuous improvement techniques (TPM, 5W) to support Operations in projects that increase line efficiency.
The Experience We're Looking For
Degree in Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in engineering, especially in managing projects related to the study and implementation of new production lines.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
Advanced project‑management skills and experience in engineering project management.
Analytical and systematic approach.
Excellent English language skills.
