We take pride in our track record of delivering exceptional work, and we understand that the key to sustaining and elevating our reputation lies in our commitment to continuous improvement.What you will do as a Project Engineer :CAD modeling using 2D and 3D (Inventor software)Size a P&IDChoose the materials suitable for the processChoose machines, valves, equipmentSize heat exchangers (tube in tube, tube bundle, etc.);The collection of all the technical documentation aimed at developing the projectAlso carry out inspections and / or meetings at Fluence construction sites / customers both in Italy and abroad.What Core Competencies You Possess :Engineering and Technical Knowledge : Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and project requirements.Quality Management : Understanding of quality control principles and industry standards to ensure the project meets quality benchmarks.Technical Software Proficiency : Skilled in using design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP) and project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Primavera).Technical Risk Analysis : Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks through preventive analysis and testing.Process Optimization : Skills in analyzing and improving work processes to increase efficiency and reduce project timelines.Risk Management : Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (both technical and managerial) to ensure project success.Operational Safety Management : Capacity to develop and implement safety plans to protect personnel and minimize risks.Adaptability and Flexibility : Ability to adapt to business priorities.Teamwork and Collaboration : Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve common goals and objectivesWho you are and What you Bring to the Table :Degree in chemical or civil engineering, hydraulics specialization.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.Knowledge of Autocad 2D and 3DDeveloping and understanding P&IDDemonstrated strong judgment and analytical abilities guiding decision-making.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.Good knowledge of the Italian language, knowledge of the English, Spanish language is also appreciatedAbility to travel domestically occasionally.What we Offer :Competitive compensation packageEligible for discretionary annual performance bonusHealth Benefits : the Company offers supplementary medical insurance as per contractual disposalIf you are ready to take your career to new heights and contribute to a dynamic team, apply now!
