About the Positio
The position is responsible for ensuring technical leadership within the project, developing and coordinating technical activities inside the project team, supporting bidding and contracting definition phases and ensuring the respect of timeschedule and budget.
Main responsibilities
Manage engineering design activities (conceptual, basic, detailed) ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Support the Project Manager as technical interface with Client and Local Authorities.
Ensure availability of technical inputs for all disciplines and monitor implementation of technical solutions.
Control project targets (cost, schedule, quality) and regularly report status to Company Stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and Company procedures.
Support on-site construction and commissioning activities.
Support Project Team Technical Coordinators in suppliers management
Requirements
MSc in Engineering
5–10 years’ experience in Power Generation Business
Technical Skills
System Engineering (preferably plant fluid systems). Project Management methods and collaboration tools.
EU directives for electrical/mechanical systems (LV, ATEX, PED, Cybersecurity).
International mechanical/electrical standards (ASME, IEEE, IEC).
Experience supporting on‑site works and commissioning activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
Fluent English; willingness to travel.
