YOUR DAILY JOB

Review project specifications and prepare Material Requisitions and related documents (e.g. valve lists, piping BOMs).
Support the Purchasing team by providing technical input for supplier RFQs.
Collect and technically align supplier quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Present technical bid evaluations and pricing tabulations to the Procurement team.
Ensure supplier documents match ordered requirements.
Review and comment on drawings and procedures.
Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing phases.
Coordinate document flow with other departments (e.g. PLT, PIP).
Contribute to internal documentation, includingP&IDs, Piping Class Summary, Line List, Equipment List
Valve List, Packing List, Painting & Lining Specs
Inspection & Test Plans, FAT Procedures, Erection Manual

YOUR PROFILE

University Master Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Energy Engineer
Fluent English and Italian;
Excellent IT and analytical skills;
Attention to details, excellent communications skills;
Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
