Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 70000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.For our Savigliano site in Italy we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiasticProject Documentation ControllerThe required profile falls within the Documentation Controller role, which is dedicated to the detailed management of documentation to ensure complete delivery to the customer.Specifically, this role will be focused on managing all 2D/3D drawings, organizing the BOM tree structure, and preparing the interface files that allow these structures to be uploaded to customer databases.This role requires knowledge of technical drawing, but above all, IT skills that allow for the extraction, analysis, and organization of data matrices, which are necessary for delivery management.It is a cross-project support role, reporting to the PrDM for delivery planning.The role also requires considerable proactivity in monitoring the evolution of IT tools, to ensure delivery continuity, but also to be able to identify new solutions that improve the efficiency of IT processes.Specialist role for managing documentation in digital format, using web platforms and specific tools, in order to carry out official delivery to the Customer.Purpose of the job:Monitor complete Project/ Program/Bid Documentation and execute Documentation Life Cycle with the Documentation Master List (DML)Support the Project/Program/Bid Documentation Manager (PrDM) of the relevant Project/Program/BidCheck internal validation (AVVA) of documents before submission to Customer.Accountable that the Project Documentation is properly archivedCompetencies & SkillsHigh school diploma in Information Systems & TechnologyMicrosoft Office suiteHTML/CSS – structure and style of web pagesC++ – used for low-level software developmentPython – various applications, from web development to data analysisAI applicationsWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
