Team Lead | Onshore/Offshore Wind & Cleantech
The Green Recruitment Company has been partnered with a leading renewable energy company with more than 10GW of projects under development to work in their Italian office.
The Project Manager, reporting to the Country Manager, will be in charge of the technical business development of solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project development activities for Onshore Wind Greenfield projects, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses to identify suitable project sites and assess their potential.
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders.
Maintain budget compliance and control deviations.
Supervise contracts along with risk management, quality assurance, and document and cost control.
Arrange site visits and meetings while delivering excellent community engagement at each stage of a project.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience working in the business development of onshore projects.
Experience with environmental and planning aspects of project development.
Willingness and enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team, fostering a positive working environment for all members.
Fluency in English and availability to travel.
