Project Development Analyst (P3) – Milan, Italy
We are currently looking for a Project Development Analyst to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.
Role Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly cash flow reports to ensure liquidity availability within the holding companies and group entities.
Development of expense and development cost reporting based on defined cost allocation, through direct interface with Business Units and Finance, ensuring alignment and understanding of critical issues and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of budgets, monthly forecasts, and annual target planning for the division.
Preparation of the annual development cash flow forecast for the division.
Support in management reporting to provide accurate and timely information for decision‑making.
Creation and maintenance of property reporting tools for common interface with development Business Units, including contract monitoring and implementation of efficient controls.
Understanding and knowledge (optional) of corporate ERP systems (SAP or others) and support for potential implementation of systems aimed at improving operational workload efficiency.

Core Responsibilities within MRES EE Development Unit

Supports the entire MRES EE Development structure in all phases of planning, monitoring, and control of the project portfolio.
Verifies and guarantees the economic, physical, and temporal alignment of the portfolio.
Supervises and ensures consistency between project development, management, and alignment of control systems.
Oversees the definition and creation of RSD budgets and capitalizations.
Prepares and guarantees the consistency of powers of attorney necessary for carrying out structural activities.
Supervises and is responsible for the risk management process of the portfolio, defining KPIs and performance metrics for the Development BU.
Monitors program progress and coordinates with the construction program, providing assistance to/from engineering/EPC staff.

What you bring to the role

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration and/or related fields.
1‑2 years experience in similar roles
Professional knowledge of renewable energy and utility market is a plus
Analytical skills to collect and generate reports for top management
Fluency in English and Italian
Knowledge of Office 365 and reporting suitesKnowledge of ERP (SAP, other) is a plus
