Our Company is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of research and development projects, acting as the strategic link between the CTO and the operational R&D teams.This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into executable plans, ensuring that product and technology development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage project priorities and resources, and ensure clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate has a good background in R&D environments, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, technology-driven settings.Key ObjectivesEnsure the successful delivery of R&D projects by bridging strategic and operational levelsCoordinate priorities, resources, and timing across internal teamsDrive technical project execution while maintaining alignment with CTO directives Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage R&D projects from initiation to deliveryAct as the operational interface between the CTO and R&D teamsDefine project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delaysEnsure proper documentation and reporting of project status and outcomesFacilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and other departments (e.g., Product, Production, QA)Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologiesCoordinate multi-site and multi-discipline teams, when applicableEducationDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplinesTechnical & Methodological SkillsSolid understanding of R&D processes in technology or electronics/software fieldsExperience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)Familiarity with embedded systems, product development cycles, and technical documentationAbility to interpret technical requirements and constraints in a business contextSoft & Leadership SkillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in coordinating cross-functional and possibly international teamsProblem-solving and risk management mindsetAbility to balance strategic objectives with daily executionFluent in English; other languages are a plusLocation: Pordenone (Italy) or Rijeka (Croatia)Full time and hybrid.Are you ready to take the lead in managing innovative R&D projects and connecting strategic vision with hands-on development?
