Building lasting relationships with our teams and clients is central to our values.In this role, you will:Consolidate team action items and track their completionPartner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learnedCreate templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis resultsEnsure documentation is well organized and accessibleManage annual contract extension matrix and ensure amendments are completed timelyDevelop dashboards for operations and reporting, including real-time progress tracking, trending, data validation, and regional communicationsPrepare reports for leadership highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions based on program dataValidate imported data with partners and update as necessarySupport monthly reporting updatesAssist with vendor programs, including pipeline management, contracts, and onboardingWe would love to hear from you if you:Have experience in data analysis for large projectsEnjoy collecting, interpreting data, and creating automated stakeholder reportsUse statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and predictive analyticsHave worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and support strategic decisionsSince 1974, we’ve been providing construction consultancy services that foster client loyalty.
