We are looking for an Apprentice for the 2‑year Finance Project Controller apprenticeship in our Digital Industries Service Execution Business Unit.

Responsibilities
Support Finance Project Controlling activities (project‑oriented tasks, project review meetings, forecasting, order entry/invoicing, etc.).
Support Maintenance Contracts (order entry/invoicing).
Support SLA and controlling activities.
Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics through project reporting and analysis.
Track, reconcile and minimize unbilled balances.
Monitor and improve project cash flow.
Monitor project accounts receivable.
Prepare detailed monthly project forecasts.
Ensure project accounting aligns with government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures.
Analyze the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future and support digitalization.
Required Entry Qualifications
You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
You have a finance internship experience.
You are a fresh graduate with a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
You have excellent command of Italian and English.
You aspire to develop a finance career and grow within the company.
You have genuine interest in digitalization.
Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP is a plus.
Ability to work in a team and think from the customer perspective.
You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non‑negotiable cultural element.
You are open to temporary relocation in Italy or abroad.
You have a European work permit.
