Siemens Mobility is building a talent pipeline for future apprenticeship opportunities as a Project Controller in Milan. From day 1 you will support project teams with financial and project management controls, driving profitability and digital finance transformation.
Responsibilities
Prepare project cost calculations, Estimate‑At‑Completion (EAC) and variance analysis.
Provide accurate information for profitability reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
Track unbilled balances and monitor cash flow.
Prepare risk and opportunity assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Create detailed monthly rolling forecasts and timely project settlement.
Support internal and external audits and ensure accounting alignment with governance standards.
Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, Supply Chain and international stakeholders.
Analyze future digital finance skills and actively search training programs.
Contribute to the company’s digital initiatives.
Qualifications
Under 29, fresh graduate with a master’s in economics or management engineering.
3‑month finance internship experience and international exposure are a plus.
Aspiration to develop a finance career and genuine interest in digitalization.
Knowledge of Office 365, SAP, Mendix is a plus.
Team player, flexible for overseas assignments, customer‑mindset.
Passion for continuous growth and respect for diversity.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Eligibility to work in Italy.
